Amparito Valle

Amparito Valle Rojas inherited her family's farm roughly 10 years ago, but has been producing coffee her whole life. She farms in the Alto Mayo forest in northern Peru and her community, Beirut, has especially cold nights and temperate days (truly ideal for growing coffee).

The resulting coffee is balanced with a delightful hint of vanilla.
