This week we are featuring Luz Dary Polo from the Huila Region of Colombia! Fruitier than your average Colombia, this caturra is showing off mild zesty orange with the sweetness of milk chocolate. It’s a really nice start to the morning. Luz Dary Polo has a farm La Esperanza where she grows caturra and bourbon varieties and we are interested in what more there is to come in future harvest!
